   • Use of Service:You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Site to engage in fraudulent activities, harass others, or violate any applicable laws.

   • Contractor Agreements:Any agreements or contracts you enter into with roofing contractors are solely between you and the contractor. We are not a party to such agreements and are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from them.

4. Intellectual Property

   All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TopRoofersNear.me or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
